1. Digital Course Access

• After successful payment, you’ll get instant access to your course via email or login link.

• Since it’s a digital product, the content is considered delivered once access is granted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because our courses are digital and downloadable, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.
However, if:

• You did not receive access within 24 hours of payment, OR

• You were charged but did not get course delivery,

you can request a refund by contacting us within 7 days of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@excelbhaiyaabhishek.com with:

• Your order ID,

• Payment proof, and

• The reason for your refund request.

Our team will verify and respond within 3–5 business days.

If approved, refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellations

Since courses are delivered digitally and instantly, cancellations are not applicable once payment is confirmed.
